NEW Benton Center Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
NEW CALVERT CITY CENTER HOURS:
Starting April 1st, the Calvert Center will be open on THURSDAYS from 8:30 am, to 4:30 pm.

MAPP COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT:
The Health Department is spearheading a community health assessment. Surveys will be going out soon and you may be asked to participate! This effort will help community leaders and organizations identify gaps and your views on how we can better serve you! Please help us by participating in this effort when asked.
The last survey is now available. We are asking as
many citizens as possible to please fill out the Health Assessment Survey!
It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
